DT follows a standard, proven methodology in every business mission undertaken.
Phase I: Partnership proposal
- Contact with the client and analysis of the problem.
- Collection of company information to provide an understanding of its status, culture and position in the market.
- Preparation of a Partnership Proposal assigning the project team (Executive/s and Back-Up Manager).
Phase II: Diagnosis
- Management work begins.
- Diagnosis.
- Detailed Action Plan.
Phase III: Implementation of Action Plan
- Management work continues.
- Implementation of the detailed Action Plan.
- Regular monitoring meetings.
- Objective achieved, transfer of functions to ensure continuity.
- Report summarising the work done.
