Diagnosis of financial situation and improvement action plan
A manufacturer and distributor of dental products hired us to carry out a diagnosis of its financial situation. After a month, a thorough analysis of the financial department was completed and an action plan was created to correct all problems identified. The timing and investment plan was negotiated with the Managing Director and DT worked for one year to implement the action plan, supporting the company’s CFO.
